Emily Tatum is a trial lawyer who focuses her practice on plaintiff side employment disputes, litigation, and appellate work. She is a skilled negotiator and advocate who fights tirelessly for her clients. Emily is passionate about helping others and she brings to the table years of courtroom experience.

Prior to joining DDA, Emily was a prosecutor and has significant trial experience. She has effectively handled cases from start through appeal. While in law school, Emily successfully led an initiative to provide her entire university with access to telehealth mental health services.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys going to concerts, and she loves to be active whether she is at hot yoga, crossfit, or out running.
