Rachael Sparwasser

Rachael Sparwasser is of counsel with the firm.  During her legal career she focused her practice on commercial litigation and wealth transfer planning for individuals with taxable estates, as well as federal and state tax planning for corporate and business transactions. She also has experience in entity formation, structuring partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies, business agreements, trust formation, and complex wealth transfer techniques. Rachael also has extensive experience in the area of construction subcontracts.

Rachael is licensed to practice law in Washington and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.

Rachael received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Puget Sound in 1998 and her law degree from the University of Washington School of Law in 2001. Rachael also pursued her L.L.M. at the University of Washington School of Law to become specialized in taxation.

Rachael serves as a certified mediator is and able to assist in the resolution of disputes in the areas of estate and probate conflicts, TEDRA actions, real estate disputes, business entity dissolution, commercial litigation, breach of contract matters, serious injury, employment disputes and discrimination cases. Mediations are offered in our downtown Edmonds offices or at a location of your choosing.
